Is it safe to use my credit card? Yes. Our secure server encrypted software ensures that your internet transactions remain private and protected. Your credit card number is not retained after processing your order for your protection.
What are my payment options? We accept American Express, the Discover Card, Mastercard, and Visa on our secure server. We also accept payment through Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use this option and may use all the above major credit cards on Paypal's secure server. We accept only Paypal payments for international orders outside of Canada.
Are my items in stock? Generally the items you order are in stock at Isabella's Loft. You will be contacted if the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. We will not charge your credit card unless your order is in stock and ready to ship. If an item has been discontinued by the manufacturer and we have very limited stock, our current stock levels will be indicated on the product page.
Can I cancel my order? To cancel an existing order please contact our Live Customer Support Line or through our Contact Us form. Please include your order number. Orders cancelled after the order is charged and shipped will be credited only for the cost of the merchandise only and not the shipping costs.
How late can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled prior to the time of shipping and no charges will be incurred. Please keep in mind your order is usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders cancelled after the order is charged and shipped will be credited, upon return of the unopened package, for the cost of the merchandise only and not the shipping costs.
Can I track my order? Yes, you may track your order by logging in to your account at Isabella's Loft. You will also receive a link to account tracking in your order confirmation email.
Do I need to pay sales tax? Sales tax is charged for customers located in the state of Colorado only. The sales tax rate is 2.9% and will automatically be calculated during the checkout process.
How will my order be shipped and long is the delivery time? We offer shipping through the USPS with 2 to 3 day estimated delivery time by Priority Mail for domestic orders in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship internationally by Global Priority Mail ( 6 to 10 business day arrival ) or Global Express Mail ( 3 to 5 business day arrival ) including package tracking to the countries listed on our shipping information page. While most delivery dates fall within these estimated times, during the holidays especially, your order may be slightly delayed. Please order with this in mind if you must have an item by a certain date.
How much do you charge for shipping? Currently, your order will ship for $5.00 in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Canada and other International countries will need to refer to our shipping information page for currrent shipping charges by Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail. These rates vary based on weight and destination.
Do you accept international orders? Yes. A list of the countries we ship to and current International shipping rates are available on our shipping information page.
Do you display prices in U.S. dollars or foreign currencies?
All product prices on our website are stated in U.S. dollars.
What about any duties or taxes on international orders? International customers are responsible for any duties or foreign taxes. We are unable to estimate these duties or taxes for our international customers. All packages are marked as merchandise for shipping purposes.
