Return Policy
Refunds are issued on returned merchandise in original condition and with all tags intact. Please contact us for return information within 5 days of receiving item to receive a RA ( return authorization ) number. Returns to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Within a week of receiving your returned merchandise, we will credit your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise which has been returned after 30 days, is no longer in original condition, without tags or with obvious wear cannot be accepted for refund and will be issued Isabella's Loft store credit good for 90 days.

If we have incorrectly shipped your order or it is defective, shipping charges will be refunded.

Exhange Policy

Contact us for exchange information within 5 days of receiving item to let us know you wish to make an exchange. Let us know what size or color you prefer to make your exchange. Return your item in original condition with all tags attached, prepaid and in secure packaging ( we prefer your original packaging if possible ). Your exchanged item ships back to you FREE! Items that are special orders or modified cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the customer receiving the product.

Please do not wear deodorant, perfume, self-tanning products or heavy body lotion that may stain items and make it non-returnable. Items such as panties, thongs, or anything with a crotch should be tried on over your own underwear. Molded bra cups are very delicate - please return these items in the original box and any protective wrapping and without folds to insure credit. Also do not turn molded bra cups to the inside of the bra, as this will distort the original foam shaping.
* Swim Wear Returns or Exchanges - All Swimsuit sales are final due to the intimate nature of these items and federal guidelines.
* Lingerie - Panty Returns or Exchanges - all panties, thongs, v-strings and similar lingerie item sales are final due to the intimate nature of these items and federal guidelines.
